Each Treehouse sleeps up to four guests and includes one double and one twin room. Please note: the twin bed can be made into a double, with the option of an additional cot. The Treehouses include a fully-equipped kitchen with kettle and Nespresso machine and a spacious open plan living area with 4K TV.
All of the apartments are glass fronted with private furnished balconies. A fully accessible treehouse is available on request.

Exclusive Access
You’ll enjoy exclusive access outside of visitor hours and the use of a golf buggy for the duration of your stay so you can explore the reserve. Included in your stay is the access to both wildlife parks - Howletts Wild Animal Park and Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve - from 9.30am on your arrival day to closure on your departure day. Check-in for the accommodation is at 3pm and check out is at 11am.
Safari Experience
All of our short breaks guests have a safari included in the cost of their stay. Your safari will take you on an adventure through our South American, Asian and African Experience zones where you will see spectacled bears, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, camels and more.
Eat & Drink
Your self-catering treehouses have fully equipped kitchens, so you can create your own perfect dishes, but if you prefer not to cook, we serve home cooked food, made with home grown and locally sourced produce at our restaurants and cafes. or relax and soak up the wonderful atmosphere of the unique Moroccan Courtyard (open spring & summer) at Port Lympne Hotel. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea or a romantic candlelit dinner.

Your Treehouse is equipped with a full kitchen, including all of the tools you need to prepare a post-safari feast. As well as the oven, hob, kettle, dishwasher and Nespresso machine, your kitchen includes:

The Port Lympne Restaurant offers indulgent afternoon teas (pre-booking essential), cream teas and an extensive range of fine wines, alongside a delicious a la carte lunch and evening menu and Sunday lunch menu.
We use the very best seasonal produce from our own vegetable and herb gardens and locally sourced ingredients wherever we can in our Restaurant.
After dinner join us at the Glyn Philpot bar, a stylish and contemporary setting with amazing views to the Kent coast. Relax and enjoy the open fire with cocktails, fine wines and much more.
All the amenities you would expect, the Treehouses include a fully-equipped kitchen and spacious open plan living area.
