At Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve, we are currently seeking Guest Relations Hosts to join us on a seasonal basis until the 2nd November 2025.
As a Guest Relations Host, you will look after our guests from the moment they arrive, until the moment they return home. You will create lasting memories for our day visitors, as well as guests staying overnight in our unique and luxurious accommodation. You will be responsible for welcoming our guests, checking them in and out, as well as transporting guests and their luggage to their accommodation areas in a variety of vehicles, including golf buggies and safari land rovers. The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering our guests with a seamless and exceptional level of service.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for confident and social individuals who take pride in providing great customer service. The successful candidates will strive to delight and exceed all customer expectations, providing guests with a totally unforgettable customer service experience. A full valid driving license is required, and previous experience in hospitality is preferable, however full training will also be provided.
Contract details:
Seasonal contracts will run through to the 2nd November 2025. Rate of pay is £10.18 for under 21-year-olds and £11.44 for over 21-year-olds. Rate of pay will increase in line with National Minimum Wage requirements in April 2025.
We are offering a flexible hour position, where working hours may vary depending on business needs. However, we can generally guarantee 40 hours per week for candidates who are seeking full-time hours. Please note that while we strive to provide consistent hours, the nature of this contract means that there may be occasional fluctuations. Job shares considered. Working hours can range between the hours of 08:00-22:00, and will include weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays. A reliable mode of transport is recommended due to our remote location of the park. All applicants must have right to work in the UK and hold a valid UK driving license.
