Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve is seeking a Guest Relations Supervisor to lead our guest services team, oversee our African-inspired restaurant, and manage the renowned Giraffe Lodge accommodation.
In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience, maintaining exceptional standards across all accommodation areas. Acting as the key point of contact during off-peak times or in the absence of senior management, you’ll take ownership of front-of-house operations and champion excellence throughout the Reserve.

Who we are looking for:
We’re seeking a dedicated and dynamic Guest Relations Supervisor who embodies exceptional customer service and leadership. With at least one year of supervisory experience in a customer-focused role, you’ll have a passion for delivering high-quality food and drink experiences and a keen eye for detail. You excel at supervising diverse teams, resolving guest concerns promptly, and continuously identifying ways to improve service.
Your high level of self-awareness, optimism, and adaptability make you a natural leader who thrives in change and embraces challenges. Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal - paired with excellent personal presentation, ensure you’re a confident front-facing representative of our brand. Familiarity with GDPR, Health and Safety regulations, and proficiency in MS Office 365 are essential, and experience with room booking systems, especially Opera, is a plus.
Desirable qualities include barista or food service experience and supervisory training certifications.
Contract details:
This is a full-time permanent position, working 40 hours a week, five days out of seven. Working hours can range between the hours of 08:00-22:00, and will include weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays. A reliable mode of transport is recommended due to our remote location of the park. All applicants must have right to work in the UK and hold a valid UK driving license.
