At Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve, we are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team.
As a receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a smooth and efficient service for our guests when checking in and out of our reception areas. You will deal with all guests’ queries and will provide a prompt and professional service to exceed their needs and expectations.
Who we are looking for:
Individuals with exceptional front facing and telephone customer service skills, who can build an excellent rapport with our guests, and provide excellent product knowledge of the park’s experiences and services. You will have the ability to remain calm under pressure whilst managing guest complaints and providing a resolution within a timely manner. Previous experience working in a front of house/customer focused service delivery role is desirable.
Contract details:
Rate of pay is £10.18 for under 21’s and £11.44 for over 21’s.
We are offering a flexible hour position, where working hours may vary depending on business needs. However, we can generally guarantee 40 hours per week. Please note that while we strive to provide consistent hours, the nature of this contract means that there may be occasional fluctuations. Fixed hour contracts may also be available upon successful completion of probationary periods (3 months). Job shares considered. Working hours will include weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays. A reliable mode of transport is recommended due to our remote location of the park. All applicants must have right to work in the UK and hold a valid UK driving license.
