Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve are looking for supervisors to join our team within the beautiful, historic hotel and Garden Room Restaurant, our Babydolls Italian & Bear Lodge Restaurant, and our Wedding & Events Team. The role will see you working in picturesque, historic surroundings, within a friendly, vibrant team.
Who are we looking for:
Restaurant Supervisors who will help, train, and develop a talented and exceptional restaurant team, to ensure we provide the highest level of customer service for our overnight accommodation guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of service and supervise the team’s performance to maintain the highest standard to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Evening Wedding & Events Supervisors who will ensure that we provide the highest level of customer service for our guests attending our weddings and events. The successful candidate will be responsible for the running of the event, whilst supervising the team’s performance to maintain the highest standard. This role would be ideal for someone who is already working and looking for additional hours in the evenings. Availability would be required as and when events take place at Port Lympne Hotel & reserve.
Contract details:
Basic rate of pay is £11.55 for supervisor roles, plus a guaranteed share of service charge. Rate of pay will increase in April 2025. Part-time, full-time, and flexible hours contracts are available, working up to 45 hours a week. Shifts may include day shifts, evenings, weekends, school holidays and bank holidays and will vary in hours depending on the number of bookings.
A reliable form of transport would be essential due to the remote location of Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve. All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
