Summer 2024
Case Study - Corporate Summer Event
The brief: A not-so-corporate celebration of success
Our client, a well-known energy drink brand, are leaders in their industry. They reached out to the Port Lympne Events team seeking a venue to blend an essential conference and a fun-packed itinerary to say thank you to more than 70 team members from their London office. We were, of course, delighted to create a bespoke itinerary based on the concept of a corporate event which is less corporate, but still achieved all of its objectives.
The solution: A wild adventure in the Kent countryside
Located just over an hour from Central London, Port Lympne Reserve was in easy reach of our client’s offices. With a range of meeting spaces available, accommodation options ranging from glamping to luxury lodges and a stunning 600-acre wildlife park to explore, we had the perfect venue to celebrate success while also keeping the client’s team entertained and engaged. We worked together with the client to create a fun yet professional itinerary across three days, including overnight accommodation at Port Lympne for the client’s team.
