Lion Lodge Raffle Winner
We are delighted to have welcomed our first raffle winner for their VIP luxury stay at Lion Lodge. Daisy and family had a wonderful time at Port Lympne Reserve and have shared some wonderful words about their recent visit.

"I won the raffle for the lion lodge luxury stay and all I can say is wow.
I am a massive supporter of Port Lympne and Howletts and have visited regularly my whole life. The grounds are stunning and the animals' welfare is a top priority, I especially love the amazing work they do with rewilding animals.
I have been trying to find the words to express my thanks and I still cannot.
The staff are wonderful and impeccable in every sense. It goes beyond the usual good customer service and it is clear that every member of staff loves working there.
A very special shout out to our Safari ranger Alex, who was so knowledgeable and absolutely lovely. He made our ultimate safari experience and helped us feed the giraffes, Gary is a superstar and my son is Alex’s new biggest fan."

"The lodge itself is incomparable, stunning interior and to watch the two lion brothers Hasani and Kamari interacting, playing and pawing at us in the best bath I have ever been in is just indescribable.
In the evening we were treated to a meal with cocktails in the Garden Room. Again, our waiter, Herbie, was so lovely and absolutely buzzing for us!!!!
Breakfast was phenomenal, we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave our new lion neighbours so opted for the hamper!
Finally the afternoon tea, again nothing but amazing. The staff were so lovely and true professionals. Jose was our waiter and the two ladies (I am so sorry I did not get your names) even arranged for the chef to make my son a cheese sandwich so he felt included!"
