Feed the Gorillas
An opportunity for guests to spend some time with our expert keepers meeting some of the bachelor gorillas at Port Lympne, they will venture into an area not normally accessed by guests and then given the opportunity to scatter feed one of their 5 feeds a day.
Scatter feeding is an integral part of how we care for our western lowland gorillas, as it encourages their natural foraging behaviour and encourages them to use their vast outdoor space that we provide for them.

Feed the Baboons
Port Lympne is home to a 30 plus strong troop of Guinea baboons, the smallest species of baboon found in Western Africa. During this experience, guests will get the opportunity to learn all about this dynamic group of primates from our expert keepers, learn how we care for them and the threats they face in the wild, as well as the opportunity to give the troop one of their scatter feeds. As with many species at Port Lympne, scattering feeding is a fantastic way to ensure we are allowing our primates and many other species the opportunity to express natural behaviours.
