Your stay in a luxurious Treehouse includes 2 days admission to the reserve so you can spend your days exploring the 600 acres of winding trails, open plains, and wooded paths on your private golf buggy, to catch glimpses of elusive wildlife hiding in the foliage or basking in the warm sun.
Relax on your private balcony as the sun sets over the reserve, or head to the Clubhouse below to toast marshmallows and sip hot chocolate around the crackling fire pit, or enjoy a glass of something special from the bar as you enjoy the tranquil sounds of the wildlife that surrounds you. Then, retreat to your luxurious Treehouse, drifting off to sleep to the soothing lullabies of the wild.

Your Accommodation
Each Treehouse sleeps up to four guests and includes one double and one twin room. Please note: the twin bed can be made into a double, with the option of an additional cot. The Treehouses include a fully-equipped kitchen with kettle and Nespresso machine and a spacious open plan living area with 4K TV.
All of the apartments are glass fronted with private furnished balconies. A fully accessible treehouse is available on request.

Set high in the trees above the Reserve, enjoy far reaching views from your private balcony over the rhino paddocks.
Exclusive Access
You’ll enjoy exclusive access outside of visitor hours and the use of a golf buggy for the duration of your stay so you can explore the reserve. Included in your stay is the access to both wildlife parks - Howletts Wild Animal Park and Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve - from 9.30am on your arrival day to closure on your departure day (winter opening hours apply at Howletts). Check-in for the accommodation is at 3pm and check out is at 11am.
Safari Experience
Our iconic truck safari is included in the cost of your stay. Your safari will take you on an adventure through our South American, Asian and African Experience zones where you will see spectacled bears, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, camels and many more fascinating animals roaming the Kentish countryside.
Eat & Drink
Your self-catering treehouses have fully equipped kitchens, so you can create your own perfect dishes, but if you prefer not to cook, we serve home cooked food, made with home grown and locally sourced produce at our restaurants and cafes.
Your Clubhouse
Enjoy a drink from the well-stocked bar, take in the views, warm up by the fire pits or toast marshmallows and play board games at the Clubhouse, just a short stroll from your accommodation.
